Refund policy

 

To return or exchange a product you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. A full refund will be given for the goods but note we do not refund return carriage costs unless the goods received were damaged or incorrect. Please note that parcels remain your responsibility until returned to us therefore we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting or use a delivery service that offers insurance to the value of the goods being returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

If you want to return your order, you may return it in the same condition (with original tags intact) and all original packaging and we will refund it for you.

Please note; We are unable to accept returns on items that aren't in the condition in which they were received, including signs of wear or alteration.

Exchange

After an order has been returned, we will process an exchange or refund, please include a note with the return to let us know which you prefer.

Refunds 

Please allow up to 3 working days for a refund after the order has been delivered to us.
